Thank you for the gift
My original purchase was supposed to include a free worth $65. When I received my order it was not included. So I contacted customer service support and the agent was so helpful and shipped out my missing gift. Within the week I received my free gift which was a big pin pop Harley Quin. Not worth $65 but it’s still a nice gift . Thank you collection lounge for the gift.

Mystery gift was fine
People have been complaining about their mystery gift that was FREE with purchase. I got a mini backpack for one order and a jumbo pop pin for the other. Was good for me. Collection Lounge has always been right with me.
